I dont know about it breaking the fence. I have seen some car run into those things and the fence just got bent. But the two times I have seen that happen the fence was bolted to the ground at the bottom.

It's obviously a GHOST CAR. You heard the video guys. If cops say something, you better believe it's true.
So it's either a ghost car or the VTAK kicked in right before it hit that fence.

They might have been. However there is an equal chance that they were not. And even if they were the ties that they use are aluminum. You can pull them off with you hands.(That is going from everyone I have seen. GA, PA, LA, MN, FL) I could also be wrong about the whole thing and the car could be a ghost. LOL I dont know.
most likely a half-assed fence install, connected at the top, but not at the bottom. car was very obviously real by the smoke, dust etc it was kicking up.
easiest way to check would have been looking at the base of the fence for paint transfer from the car
