What's so bad about spray paint anyway?
I got bored over the weekend, so I decided to do something to keep me and my buddy ryan entertained... we rattle-canned my cbr
... I was getting bored with the stock red/black paint anyway... I like my new teal/white theme better.. the bike's not 100% complete (I still have the right side fairing and front fender to paint), but it'll be done soon enough. Anyway, here's pics for ya:

And if anybody's wondering about the windscreen, here's an explanation:
[ul][*]the painted-to-match screen looks kick a**[*]I dont' get into a race-tuck until about 75mph, so why do I need a clear windscreen?[*]even in a full tuck, I tend to look over the screen[*]I have a dark smoke (but still transparent) double-bubble screen anyway... if I decide I need to see through the screen, I'll put it back on.[/ul]
And the paint is almost impossible to describe... you really can't tell in the pictures (well, you have to look closely anyway), but the clearcoat actually has a metal-flake kind of thing going on... but instead of just silver flakes, it shines in about a bajillion colors... if you look at the paint at the right angle (in relation to a light source), you can see almost a full rainbow... it looks absolutely bada**. The bike will look amazing once I get an FE kit and a rear fender.
