I seen that a few months ago.

I still don't see how you can miss a shift, and let alone.. Wreck because of it.

dito!!!!!! ive missed a shift alot when i started driving a stick and i never bobbled the wheel at all! at most you hear the GRINDING and like O CRAP... look down, and try again.LOL
i started driving a 5speed again yesterday and ive already grinded 2nd gear once from speed shifting, i just let the clutch out alittle to fast.LOL i blame it on the stock shifter. if it was a short shifter like i got used to i wouldnt have grinded it.LOL

yeah I dont know how the dude drove off the road. With my car I can't engage a lower speed if I'm going a certain speed. So if I go to my max speed i 2nd, shift to 3rd I cannot go back to 2nd unless I come back down to the speed I was at.

I'm sure other cars are like that, not sure why this car let him and in turn took him off the road lmao. I use the stock shifter, will never get a short shifter. I look at other videos of SS's and I think I can shift as quickly, very fluid. And doesn't a short shifter make it harder to shift into 5th and/or 6th?

i never had any issues with my old EG short shifter. it shifted into every gear nice and smoothly. it also had a weighted skunk2 shift **** on it which probably helped.
but i can downshift just fine. its best to rev the rpms up before letting the clutch out of course.
