i loved GT3, bought GT4 at midnight, but really didnt like it. you had to race all these different types of cars. ive got the steering wheel and all. need for speed 2 was kick *** though.

Yeah, it's a hundred bucks. Logitech is now selling the G27 racing wheel for $180 with a code "synrepp_2009" at check out. I am so tempted.

Gran Turismo 5 will release on November 3, 2010 on the PlayStation 3. I have seen its preview and it seems excellent to me.

Thats usuallly the other way around, they released GT3 too quick and it kinda came up short in some ways, but GT4 was a much better game.

Is GameStop taking pre-orders for the Collector's Edition?

Yes, they are. I preordered mine yesterday (game only, I dont need the other bull****). I was told I could pre-order either one, the game only, or the collector's edition.
