Asking 500 or any good offer read below for why

I have a 92 Civic that I purchased 3 to 4 months ago. It needed a water pump because I can hear it plus the car doesnt stay at middle temp but below it. Someone told it me it was the thermo but it still did after I changed the thermo. It doesnt smoke at all and runs fine with no slipping in the tranny but I have lost the title and never got a chance to change the title to my name. The person I purchased the car from has moved to Shy town. I speak to her over the phone but to no succes she is friendly to speak to but feels its more work then expected to file for the title where she is and send it to me. I figure I re coupe or try to re coupe some of the money spent on this car but sell it now as a parts car. I have placed pictures on cardomain and will place pics here. I would prefer someone locally to buy the car so that they can come hear it run and even test drive it on base. I dont want anyone to think if I am trying to trick them at all which is why I want someone locally to buy this car.
