I'm trying to sell my DD VW Jetta in order to get back into BMW. I will be looking at Z3 2.8, E36 M3, and E39 540i/6. I'll probably consider trades + cash (on my part).

Here are the details:

2000 Jetta GLS
2.0L motor
auto transmission
73,*** miles

The good:
-clean title
-leather interior
-premium audio package
-moon roof
-no mechanical or electrical problems
-updated window regulator on driver's side
-oil changed every 5,000 miles with Mobil Syntec 10w30

The bad:
-car was involved in one accident
-no airbags (deployed during the accident)
-may need new tires by winter time
-some light scratches

I've had this car for the past 30,000 miles. Here are the things I changed:
-antifreeze
-coolant temp. sensor
-spark plugs and wires
-driver's side air bag (mainly for the looks and to fix the horn)
-window regulator, cables, retaining clips on the driver's side
-brake pads
-motor oil
-coolant fan control module

I've owned this car for about 4 years now and I never really had any problems. It seems to be mechanically sound. I'm not in any hurry to sell the car and will wait for the best offer. If I can't sell it for what I want, I will just keep it as it is pretty reliable, unlike most seem to think.
