well thats a Buddy Club rear, i have the same one, and it looks like it will fit 96-00 rear

and the front looks like etiher a 96-86 or 99-00 Civic Front Bumper

 

THAT it does, good looking out man. So now we know the name, i just gotta get rid of it. lol. Willing to take anything for it pretty much just to get it outta here
