what local forum?
i sold the rice 17s and got the steelies so unless he wants to trade for some nice steelies and very new tires i will roll what i got.
i did finally score some front speaker covers and a matching arm rest/console cover. they have a 98 2 door at the LR pick-n-pull. had the visors, floor mats, steelies and prob a few other goodies. hit hard in the front and looked like it flipped or slid on the roof. if i think about it and have time i will prob go back and see about the power door locks, getting tired of the manuals on mine.
oh and thanks for looking.

Yeah, he was wanting some 15"+ aftermarkets for trade.
The local forum that I frequent is called Arkansas Rides, http://www.arrides.com . They're mostly into AutoX, drag racing, and there are a few idiots who street race. Lots of people there go to Centerville and Hallett for the races. There are some vendors on the site for local businesses, some good people to know. There are a few Civic owners on there, some EG and some EK. They have some classifieds that are nice to browse through daily.
