There is only one thing i have noticed about this process, every votes for the same people every month.
Perhaps a "LOW" end ride of the month is in order.
For Example Patrick would select a few RANDOM rides from the gallery.
He then leaves the voting for every1. Once this is over, then comments on how to improve this ride would be left.

Not meaning to be offensive but this whole, everyone nominate is c**p. Lets face it, its always goin to be mossy and Corey in the system at this rate.
Give the little guys a chance, the ones who have just started down the path of ambition and modification.
