side mirrors not working

side mirrors not working
so i got an oem alarm put in my car from circuit city, and when i was driving one day i was trying to fix my powered mirrors and they didnt work. I went back to circuit city and they said they didnt touch any wires connected to the mirrors, any ideas what might be wrong
