I put a set of aftermarket 4X100 and 4X108mm bolt pattern 15X6 inch wheels with 195/55R15 tires on opur '99 EX sedan. I got te coorrect size ceneter bore spacers Tire Rack sold me for the car. After I mounted them when I went over any bump I hear a werd noise. I took it to a Honda shop and they say that the wheels are rubbing a BIT only when the rear suspension is not compressed and full extended???

 

I run 14x6s and 195/60-14s, which are the same overall diameter & width, and I don't rub in a stock '00 sedan. I'd think your wheel offset and/or camber needs to be changed.
