Default 4 wheel alignment Camber

I bought a 98 civic in march and the tires looked a tad dry rotted with decent tread left. I drove the car no more than 6,000 miles since than and the inside of the front tires were BALD.
I just bought new tires and I don't want the same thing to happen with the inside tread wear. The car is lowered and all four wheels are tilted. I am thinking maybe they didn't do a 4 wheel alignment after they lowered it. My main concern is the tire wear. I read in an article that I really don't need a camber kit, just an alignment.

I was just wondering what everyones thoughts were and if I am on the right track.

Also, will I be able to tell the difference if I get a 4 wheel alignment done? Visually?

Here are some pics of the side view of the front and back

just get a alignment before the new tires wear out.... the wheels may look straight BUT it only takes alittle bit for the toe to be off and eat your tires up VERY FAST!
camber wear not so much of a big deal, its 95%toe that eats up tires!

it would probably be worth while for you to go to a place like Firestone or somewhere that offers a lifetime alignment so that you can go back and back as long as you own that car and get alignments. With the horrible roads around me and all the construction that they are doing it has really paid off so far.
