I was looking at some Rota C10s to buy and when i select the bolt pattern it says "4x100 67.1mm bore". What was bored 67.1mm? The lug holes? and will it even matter? lemme know if you need a link.

^ditto. The size is important because some wheels require you to run hubcentric rings for proper fitment. I'd try to contact Rota to see if they know what size rings to use. Heck they might even sell them..
