Default 7th gen rear disc conversion

How do I go about a rear disc conversion on a 2003 civic coupe LX.

sorry if theres already threads on it but all theones i looked at were for differnet years and trims it seems that everything changes with the car.

do they just look better or do they really improve braking?

main done for appearence unless ur really into road/autox type racing. the majority, about 70%(?), of ur braking power comes from the front so switching to disks in the rear prolly wont do too much i figure.

your drums do only a small percent of the breaking, like civicexracer said, it's mainly for looks in a civic or fwd, but you can tell a difference b/t the two.

p.s. most people say they feel a large increase in stopping power because the swap requires you to change the master cylinder to a larger diameter, therefore increasing your breaking power
