the only difference between a auto motor and manual motor , is the throttle body on the intake manifold. the auto has a spot for the kick down cable for the auto trans.
you will be fine just put you flywheel and bolts on the new motor and bolt your trans up to it and drop it in.

ok so what type of set up would you all run with this motor. no turbo..... im thinking bout boreing it and im wanting to put p29 pistions and rods in it. but besides that im lost. let me know ur alls thoughts

cam is a must also get the head milled and 3 angle valve job and get ported
light weight flywheel and stage 1 clutch.

ok how do u do a 3 angle valve job is that what a machine shop does

yes, machine shop does it. gives it a secure tight seal on the valves when they close.

how quick things can change. so im not getting the d16 he wanted 450 for a tore down piece of junk. so one of my buddy from high school has a b16 block. im thinking bout getting. but its just the block dont know how hard it is to build it from just there

its gonna take way more than just a b16 block to make it work in your civic, you will need the whole swap, trans, ecu, harness, throttle cable, motor and trans mounts, shift linkage, axles, complete motor. i would say to just keep looking you will find what ya need.

oil pump, water pump, thermo housing, tube, greddy timing belt, oil pan, rods, pistons, crank, rod caps, main caps

hows this one sound
