Axles suck.
So my car makes horrid noises now. Turns out my axle has pretty much s*** the bed. Both cvs are p[retty much toast so its guna be cheaper to swap the whole thing I'm getting one for about 100 tomarrow then my friends dad(head hyannis landrover machanic) is guna do it tomarrow night. So I'm spending about 200 all togetehr wich isn't bad. But I had saved that up for tint and now its going away, so I'm bummed out. [sm=smiley19.gif]
Yeah it's starting to look like im guna be doing it myslef any ways, lol. I can borrow his tools and lift for nothing. He might not have the time to do it tonight so I might just attack it myself.
lol honestly, ive learned something over the past few months. If you want a project, do it yourself.........if you want something fixed with no hassles.....get it done professionally the first time. It was supposed to only take about 3 hours to do my coilovers but the bolt seized and resulted in me being civ-less for 3 days. If, i had the time for error lol or the patience for learning....id undoubtedly do it myself.....mayb even if it was the beggining of the summer........but work/school/time blllah blaaah........id rather spend the 75 on labor charge and be done with it lol

Yeah in my case it wasn't much for either so I had it done. And after your coilover insident brocton (resulting in needing to get a whole new suspension asap) I can see why you would want it done, lol.
