I think that 205/45/16s would be the best? I plan on buying a rim/tire package in the future and i plan on using these sizes? Is there a better choice. Thanks

That sounds about right. I have 215/40/16's on my coupe

Yeh, I think 16's are a good size for Civics. Those tires should look good.
