i am curently getting my 96 civic painted dark black and i was wondering what rims i should get, should i get black with a chrome lip or just chrome and what size should i get them????

 

I suggest 16-inch wheels that are no more than 16.5 lbs each. Gloss black with polished lip looks great on a black car, IMO. Here's what my 97 hatch looks like with Black Racing Pros:

I bought them at www.jlbmotorsports.com (actually, I drove up to their office and physically picked them up and installed them right there in their parking lot). Fortunately, they ship almost anywhere.

 

I have a White 96' civic and im wondering the same thing
i wish you could just put them on and look at them and take them off really quick to see what would look good on your car.

 

If you go to http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/wtpack.jsp and select your make model, year vehicle, a bunch of pics of wheels will appear. Click on "view this wheel on my vehicle" and follow the instructions to see what the various wheels will look like on your car.
