Default Can you run 14" Wheels on a 2008 Civic?

I have a set of 4 studded Nokian Hakkapalitta Snow tires mounted on 14 in steel wheels from a 99 Camry I traded in for my 2008 CIvic. The OD of the tires is the same as the 16 in stock tires and the bolt hole pattern is the same and the offset appears to be about the same. I tried mounting one on the front and it appears to fit but is a pretty close clearance to the disk brake caliper. Can the 2008 Civic support 14 in steel wheels or am I cutting it too close?

Thanks in Advance.

Not sure what is left in question....if you can mount one of them on the front and it clears the caliper then you should be fine. slap it on there and turn it by hand...if it doesnt hit when doing that I dont think it ever will.
