Default Canadian EX vs. American EX?

I have a Canadian EX sedan, which leaves me with the D16Y7, so no Vtec for me
Anyway, my question is in regards to the suspension, brakes and transmission. do i get the other EX upgrades
like the USDM cars or am i stuck with DX,LX rotors, suspension and transmssion?

i ould not find much info regarding this, other than the engine info.
i do have power windows/locks and the tachometer so i know i have those benefits.

thanks in advance anyone who can answer.

That is a damn good question. I hope somebody knows about this. I'll look around and see what I can dig up.

So i do, technically, have the LX/DX chassis/suspension?

That sucks just a little, too have an EX only to be ripped off of everything that is so great about the EX package.
I come from owning a few trucks, so things like PW/PL/PM don't really mean that much, but i still enjoy my car, it's just a bummer.

With the exception of the new one.

Best bet is to register with this site...its free...you enter your VIN and it gives you complete specs of your car so you can see exactly what was standard with it...

https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/login.asp?logout=1

As to the EX...its just some extra content on a base LX...only Si coupes came with the vtec and associated upgrades in this period...
