Default Changing Lower Control Arm Bushings

I need a new inner and outer lower control arm bushing on the drivers side and a new outer lower control arm bushing on the passenger side (already paid to have inner changed) I was wondering if it'd be easier for me to change the control arms (bushings already installed) or to try and change just the bushings on my current control arms? I've searched google and can find nothing.

Thanks

just be a pimp and rock new LCAs

but seriously, it'll be about the same.. either way, you have to take the LCAs off. The only difference is you have to take the bushings out of the old ones, so I guess it's technically harder.

new bushings would be $100 cheaper, thats why I was asking how hard the bushings are to change? Is a press required if the old ones are shot?

front, can I put the new metal ones in w/o a press? Can I burn them out with a propane torch?

I burned mine out with a propane torch, and I replaced them with Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings. I didn't need a press but I don't know what the stock ones are like.
