Default coilovers, and alignment problem

I have stock tires on my civic, I have my car drop just about 3 or so inches of the ground. I just make it over a good speed bump. my back wheels are campered / \ my fronts cant really tell, I have had them on for about a month or 2. My dad cosigned with me so i could buy the car, he is a little upset about the mods I have been doin. and even more about my front tires goin bald on the inside, now this is most likely from smoking them up and racing, but alignment is also a issue, cause my car pulls to the right, can a alignment shop fix that problem of balding in front and pulling to the right or do i need to fork out the bucks for a camber kit, which i can not do till febuary, cause I just got another job and need to save some money for january to pay insurance car bill and all my speeding tickets, dang cops.

camber. not camper. but yeha, you need the kit. camber isnt adjustable on a civic. you really should get all four. the fronts will go quicker than the rears, but the rears will go soon too. if you have camber issues, fix them before you do any more mods, its not worth going through tires. trust me.
