lower tie bars basically link the control arms togther at the inside points. the sway bars are connected to the chasis in the middle and the endlinks well, on the end. the endlinks connect to the struts which in turn stiffen the movement as the suspension travels through its natural arch.

get it?

Yeah I got it, but how can a lower tie bar connect to the control arm better the handling? Also H brace is kinda like the sway bar right?

by connecting the lower arms you cause them to move together. instead of just moving individually and not "talking" to one another they are now forced to work with forces from the other one. this not only stiffens the ride but it also helps with control.

the h bar is just a very big tie bar. you can use sway bars with it but you cant use a tie bar with it.

the sway bar and strut bar will help with body roll, the tie bar will help with control.
