Default dropped finally.

okay so i finally got around to getting the koni sports and s techs in, but i the struts are adjustable in height and stiffness, i set the rear struts on low and steelies, rub, so i put them on the next notch up, so i have them on the next setting up. and any one know anything about the adjustable stiffness? im thinking of makeing them stiffer. but i just got them in, and dont know much. oh and here are some pictures, the ones of the car/drop itself were really bright and hard to see, cuz it was sunny and covered in snow. so ill get more tomarrow maybe.

Did you use a wide-angle lens? The pics look kind of stretched. Anyway, you should post pics of the car's exterior

But where are the rear tires rubbing? I'm going to assume the fender lip, but I'm not a huge fan of assumptions lol. Assuming the rest of the suspension is stock, I really don't see why they'd be rubbing; can you refresh my memory? What are the adjusting points on the yellows as far as the drop in inches goes? As it is, S-techs lower something like 1.9" in the rear (or was it 1.9"f 1.7"r? I always get those switched lol), which is fairly low. Did you correct the camber? If so, that's most likely your problem.

*ninja edit: sorry, I just realized I asked a metric s**t-ton of questions

so whats rubbing?

i dont have any rubbing with my yellows but then again i had them with some ground control coilovers so i think those stock perches might be alittle wider.

if you can get a picture of the rubbing area if you can get any closer.
and ya that first picture was trippy.LOL

if your steelies are 13s upgrading to some 14s might help prevent the rubbing if its rubbing on the lip. when i put my konis on the black civic i had my 17s on already.

okay, first, yes, i used a fish eye lense i got for xmas so ive been useing it alot lately for things it realy shouldnt be used for but w.e. and the exterior once were too bright covered in snow so you couldnt see the car at all. i got cell phones pics that ill have up tomarrow, or take pics with a diff lense.

second. it was rubbing on the fender lip just a bit. m steelies are 14's but i have 16's that are going on in spring.

not sure of the exact drop on the settings. but i think maybe with the stiffness up and not at the softest maybe it wont rub, so come spring when the snows gone maybe ill try that.

addiction did you set your konis at the bottom?

Wow, please only use the fish-eye when needed, lol. I got my sister a couple of filters and lenses for x-mas, they're pretty uneeded, but they are cool

You know you're taking them in raw don't you? lol

i had mineadjusted down low for alittle bit when i first installed them. but i lifted them back up to the middle notch before i really drove on them. but it wasnt rubbing. but then again if its rubbing your fender lip..... well i already had my fender lips rolled before then.
