Default E Brake

Sup Honda peeps. I put 98 GSR discs on my 2000 civic. They look great, but I miss the drums. I can no longer do e brake moves like i could with the drums. The pads barely fit on the rotor, so i have already turned the caliper adjustment as far as i can and still get the brakes back together. I have also tightened the e brake cable inside the center consule so the handle is tough to pull up. Help me get my favorite e brake moves back!!

have the rotors resurfaced and install new pads. also, make sure you grease the sliders on the caliper bracket.

The rotors are Brembo and are brand new, as are the pads. I just put them on last Friday. And again, yes, i got the whole GSR set up to include the ebrake cables. I was wondering if there is another way i can adjust the calipers so they clamp better and restore the stopping power of the e brake that i miss.
