Default E-Brake

Does anyone know how to tighten the E-Brake lever ? I had it done in my Accord a long *** time ago but that was a 97 .... and i don't really remember anymore ... But yea if someone could maybe let me know that would be great!

Not sure about the exact procedure, but if you remove the console around the lever there should be an adjustment where the cable attaches. Jack up the back wheels and keep adjusting it until there is no drag when you spin the wheels. I believe 3 clicks of the lever should hold the brake (maybe it was 5)? Give it a shot.

lol took off the console but then found out didn't have enough time to do it cuz i had to work im gonna try again tho

^^^ lol +58568658 , i also manage to wiicked dirty at the last second unexpectantly. Even if the job doesnt require any contact with dirty things. I change a domelightbulb and i spill iced coffee on my pants...tightening a lugnut, grease all over my shirt........it is terrible lol

+1 haha i usually get dirty watchin my friends fixin their car(sounds dirty but not like that haha) and i end up dirtier than them its ridiculous like transportin tools haha
