Ebrake issues
Ok I have been messing with this for long enough. I have already bleed the brakes, All 4. Pads are new But the rear E brakes do not grab. I have tightened the the e brake cable under the armrest to the point where it Should be grabbing. Seems that the passenger side is tighter than the driver side because where both cables meet at the nut on the adjustment, it is pulled tighter on the passenger side. I can pull the e brake all the way up and it does nothing at all. I took the wheel off and the cable is pulling the brake caliper. but the rotor spins freely. Any idea on what is going on here?
Also, the rear brakes work when the brake pedal is pushed.

update. After looking some more it seems that the left side (driver) is sticking when the Ebrake is pulled. I can beat it loose but gets stuck again. (On the caliper)
I also noticed that the nut that the spring goes around lifts up. (not just the nut, the whole part that goes into the caliper. I it it back down. I'm guessing that this caliper is bad. But the other side is still not pressing the brake pads down either.
