I had bought an energy hyperflex suspension kit a couple of months ago for my 2000 civic ex coupeand never put it on because I have no idea how to do it if theres anyone out there with any info on it please let me know.

it should just be a matter of matching up the new bushings to the old ones and swapping them out.

some of the pieces are easy, some of them are a huge pain.
you're going to have to burn a lot of them out of the casing.

Haha I can't wait to put these on. I was told I'm going to need a press for some of these is this true? Or do you think it will be easier to send my car to a shop and have them put the kit on my car.

haha true i'll just take it to the shop and let them deal with the mess.

seriously you don't want to pay shop labor rate for that install. it took me like 3 days to do my front suspension bushings. but it was so worth it.

like mxs said, some u can pretty easily do by urself. theothers are a pita and it might be worth it to have a shop with a press do it. if u have another car, just take off the parts of ur car that u'll be swapping the bushings and give it, along with the ES bushings, to the shop and have them do it. then just reinstall everything urself.it mightsave u some money.

I'd love to do it myself but I really don't know anything about suspension what so ever.
