any probs swapping from 17 back to a 14 to drive in winter?

depending on tire size it shouldnt be an issue. my friend has 17s on during the summer and 14s on in the winter and doesnt have any problems. the speedometer might be a little off but i dont think its enough to be an issue. and for winter i would recomment getting some 14" steelies with winter tires. salt will eat the crap out of your rims unless you wash them very often
whats biggest steelies i can get for 99 civic hatch? assuming theres not a 17" pattern of steels that will fit.. that or anyone have any suggestions on larger wheels that are junk for winter.. or would 14's be better in snow
