Extremely low price? Check!
Lack of a brand name (that exists outside of eBay)? Check!
Unknown spring rates? Check!
Lack of any technical information? Check!
Lack of strut fitment information? Check!
No instructions provided? Check!

Yeah, I'd pass. Look into Ground Control. Also, expect to pay $300+ for decent coilover sleeves and more than that for good struts. Suspension and brakes are the two areas I would absolutely not install products I'm not entirely confident in. Realistically, with those coilovers, you're looking at a rough ride (I don't believe they're only 25-30% stiffer than stock springs) and unknown spring rates (a big issue if handling is a concern), but there's always a chance of catastrophic failure at highway speeds. I wouldn't want any part of my suspension failing at speed.

So I should or shouldn't get coilovers? Whats the best way to lower my car an inch or 2 and how much would it cost?

"best" changes from person to person, depends on what you want out of the car.

a lot of people will say get ground control coilover sleeves with koni yellow shocks.

if all you want is to be lower and don't care about handling much then just get some lowering springs

but i would always recommend full coilovers

Ground control are sleeve type

Ksport are full coilovers that incorporate the shock with the coilover sleeve as part of the shock body. I would also always recommend getting full Coilovers that come with the upper mount so you don't reuse the stock tophat
