Default Help!!! brakes

yo

i've done a rear brake conversion on my 94 civic dx an put vti brakes all round on, but the hand brake doesn't work on the left capiler an its not braking properly on the rear right caipler. i bought a new handbrake cable for the left side thinkin it would fix the handbrake but it's still ****o'd. i don't ave a clue why its not braking properly on the rear right caliper. anyone have any ideas (do you need the master cylinder from a vti?) need it sorted
