Default Help On Rims(Civic Not Lowered)

Can anyone help me... I have 02 civic lx 4dr with back and front bumper lip with a black widow 2 sideskirt. It looks good but my rims are the original stock rims(15" alloy wheels)
I want to buy rims that will look good for my civic and at the same time to cover the gap betweed the tire and the fender of my car WITHOUT lowering the car. Is it possible
to do this by buying a bigger rim...say 18" or 19'? will it affect my steering? Will the car looks good without lowering and at the same time no gap betweet tires and fender?
Please post pics if you guys have civics that are not lowered with rims the size of 18" or so... Thanks Guys for any help in advance!

I want to cover the gap betweed the tire and the fender of my car WITHOUT lowering the car.
NO, you can't do that. You would have to buy tires that are completely the wrong size for your car. It would be unsafe, your tires would rub, and your speedometer will be inaccurate.
