Default Help for winter tires...

Okay well.. here in MN we got hit pretty hard with a snow storm 6-10 inches. So I am now looking for some snow tires.

Yes they will be on myOEM 14 inch steel wheels. Now my question is, should I stick with 185/65/14 or go with 175/65/14?

Skinnier is better when it comes to snow tires.

Default RE: Help for winter tires...

Thansk for the reply, but something came upa nd I had to give my steels to my younger brother. Now I am foruce to use my 15 GS-R rims.

I was looking at discount tires site and I see that a 185/65/15 is alot cheaper than a a 195/55/15.

Now, does anyone know if I can use the 185/60/15 on my GS-R rims, or will I have to dish out the extra money for the 195/55/15.

thanks.
