HKS adjustable

Can sum1 explane to me how to adjust da ryde...
Not da damping..
my car's just ryde is to bouncy for its own good...

what is your setup now? how is it adjusted?

i just recently got the car, i couldn't tell you what the set up on it is..

i need to know which way to adjust it, clock or anti clock w..
and do i stiffn it or do i softn it to loose the bouncyness???
