I have on 18 inch rims, and got a flat yeterday. The lug wrench I have is way too big to fit in there to get them off. Any ideas? I need to get my tire replaced ASAP because my wife backed into my car this morning and did a number on my front passenger side (I am so pissed right now). I believe a socket would work, but I don't know what size since all of my sockets don't fit. Thanks in advance for the help.

 

Forget it guys, I found the adapter to get them off rolling around in my trunk..

I freak out when my wife has that look like she doesn't know what she's doing. I'm like, get out, I'm driving. She gets mad but at least the car is safe.

 

Just FYI, I it should be a 17mm socket, unless you have special lug nuts.

 

Well, she managed to do $1,500 in damage to my car, plus another $300 to her van. I think I may just end up buying a body kit and new fenders and having them installed. Anyone have an estimate on what most body shops charge to paint and install bodykits?
