i kinda need help
well i just bought an ef, and the body has 220k on it, and i dont know but i think that the suspension is all messed up. its hella low, and my dad said that the person cut the springs, also when i turn, sometimes there is a knock noise, the guy said i need a cv boot. and the brakes squeall. what do you guys think is the most important thing to replace first? im on a low budget so you guys help would be gratefully appreciated. thanks

first i would replace the cv joint, then i would check the brakes and change them if need be, then work on the springs and struts. get good ones like omni power, tein, skunk2....things of good quality, not cut springs. don't go cheapy on the suspension.

Don't replace the CV joint, check if the boot is broken. If the boot is broke and your car is making the clicking noise, then change the CV joint as it is probably toast. Also, take the wheels off your car, and look at the front part of the caliper (closest to the engine). There is a little box/hole in the caliper that will allow you to look at the pads. If it looks like there isn't any pad material left then its time for new pads. Check that you see 2 different materials on each pad. The pad has a backing plate and a friction material. You want to make sure that a good amount of the friction material is still there.
