yes, but you'll also sacrifice your ride qualtiy..kind of a give and take thing, you can get one, but not the other.

I've seen alot of people just have the one front upper strut tower bar. So, am I goin overboard with gettin all 4.

No definately not going overboard at all. The set of 4 will make a HUGE differnce. Do it up.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the outside circumference of the tire doesn't change too much, it's the wheel that gets bigger, and the rubber smaller, huh? The tire'd be a little bigger than stock, of course, but not THAT much of a difference, right?

the aspect ratio changes so that the outside circomfrince stays the same (or verry close) and you just lose rubber. this makes the vehicle handle better and ride worse. <wishes we had spell check.

IMO you should go with springs first, then sways... strut bars are a dime a dozen and dont do very much on stock suspension.

Yeah, I didn't know at the time I posted that that your tire circumference would stay the same, so ignore that.

polyuerathane bushings will tighten everything up and make a huge difference... master kit for about 130- 150? check energy suspension out

if you did this, then you would want the bars, because the force is now on the towers and not the bushing!!!!
