low to lower (Tein to Skunk 2)
I think you'd go with "stock"... I'm not 100% sure though. Though when my GC's came, I got both the installation rings (for KYB and KYB AGX) and the installation sleeves (I think for tokico and stock).. you'll understand when you order them
oh, and in case you decide to go with Skunk2 coilovers, I've only ever heard one complaint about them: that the spring rates are too soft... and that's personal preference. Still, GC springs are made by Eibach

alright, I think I may just go with the skunk2 coilovers as I have heard well about them as well, and unless the ground controls are any easier to adjust im not to worried

I wanted to change out my Tein S-tech lowering springs for some Skunk2 lowering springs or mabey some H&R springs. Right now I have the Tein S-tech springs and Skunk 2 sport shocks. If I take the Tein's off myself, will I need a spring compressor to get them off? Or will this be a fairly straight forward swap because they are both lowered springs? I want to get rid of the S-techs because the wheel well gaps look off, the front gap is more then the rear(non existence in the rear) although when one person is in the car, the gaps even out and it looks ok, just when parked. What do you guys think, switch out the Tein springs for lower look, or leave the springs on? and get some 16 inch wheels? lol I just cant stand the wierd look when its parked.

well at least im not the only one then with this problem (thanks flip, lol) ya I just can't stand the way it looks when I see other civics lowered evenly. Coilovers for me, the s-techs will be sold
well im pretty sure i got mine in there right, i just don't understand why mine does it [&:] but good luck to you and let us know how the coilovers go, i'll probably follow suit
I beleive Skunk2's coilovers use two locking perches to adjust ride height. That means to adjust the height, you have to get both your hands in the wheel wells and fumble around with those special wrenches.
Ground Control, on the other hand, uses a single perch with a locking screw thing, meaning you have to use a single (provided) hex key to loosen the perch, adjust height, and tighten it again. The only reason I ever had to use two hands in the adjustment of mine was to spin the perch into place.
