Default Lowering a EG5

Any suggestions on whether a camber kit is neccessary wen lowering my 95 model hatch. The springs im puttin in are 60mm down on standard. Had differing opinions so far as per cost versus inconvenience. Also, bumpstops, do i need 2 cut em?? I was told to chop the fronts by the amount i lower the car, but this was by some pimply kid in a shop. Not sure he's a qualified mechanic Any opinions will help... Thanx guys
btw- its got 17x7in wheels
