S-techs will definitely help... the fender gap will be cut at least in half... I think Mill$civic has S-techs on his civ.... check his photo gallery out sometime

no, he has like 16's or 17's, but it really won't make a difference what wheel/tire size you have (there are exceptions, however) as far as fender gap goes

S-Techs = 1.9" Front, 1.7" Rear (That'll definitely eliminate fender gap)

H-Techs = 1.3" Front, 1.1" Rear (These will lessen the gap, but I don't think by much)

Here's a list of springs:
[ul][*]Neuspeed Sports - 1.75" / 1.5"[*]Neuspeed Race - 2.25" / 2"[*]Tein S Tech - 1.9" / 1.7"[*]Tein H Tech - 1.3" / 1.1"[*]H&R Sport - 1.75" / 1.6"[*]H&R Race - 2.5" / 2.3"[*]Tokico HP Spring/Shock Set - 1.5" / 1.5" (which is what I have, comfortable ride but not low enough for me[/ul]Also keep in mind -- if you get aftermarket shocks, it'll most likely lower your car another .25" give/take. Some shocks have different perch settings as well.
