Default lowering my civic??

i am looking to lower my 2000 civic ex coupe. i want coilovers and i want to still have a half way smooth ride and decent to good quality coilovers and i also would fix the camber on it so those i would need to know as well. what would be my best set? i am sorta in a budget but throw a few things at me with reasonable prices. . thanks.

Koni yellows with groundcontrol coilovers. It's a proven combination, and is a pretty good deal.

You don't need a camber kit, but if you insist, i'd get Skunk2.
