I found these TEIN S.TECH Lowering Springs for about 135 and i was wondering what (if any) other parts i would need to make a successful drop.

NEED? none, thats it. RECOMMEND... a camber kit and some shocks (because your stockers will wear out quicker with the shorter springs)

Yeah. New struts would definitely be a good idea, but they don't have to be top of the line or anything (KYB gr2's or Tokico hp's; something along those lines). As for camber kits, with that small of a drop, the camber change on a civic is so minimal that it's not even necessary to kit it unless you're really picky or have really nice tires.
