Default lowering springs

I am searching for lowering springs for my 01 civicex. is it safe to say that the name brands are good for what you are going to pay for because i found 4 springs lowering the car 1.8" which will sit nice with my 17" konig tantrum rims for only 100$ for all 4. I am wondering if springs or coil overs and if i get the chearper springs if it will be one of those things you get what you pay for??

With suspension, you get what you pay for. Get a good set of springs like Tein S-techs or a similar reputable brand.

Oh, and don't forget about a camber kit.

I got some Bomz Racing coilovers that were inexpensive. They work great thus far (2 years), knock on wood.

They are good for drivers wanting to lower their car without breaking the bank. And I dont think this guy is concerned with handling performance. Just remember they are lowering springs designed for comfort, not racing.
