Default lowering springs

so im looking at lowering my 95 del sol SI about an inch and a half. does anyone know if s-tech tein springs would be good for that or should i go for something else. would i need a camber with that and possibly shocks? thanks

Well Im not sure, but Im wanting to lower my Civic with the Tein springs. I was wanting to just get the springs, but I dont know if it will make the tire tread wear down wrong if there is no camber it.

for an inch and a half drop, look into the HPK setup... it's tokico hp shocks with matched springs, and lowers the car anywhere from 1.5-1.75"

as for camber, you may or may not need a camber "kit". for the most part you can get away with using washers to shim the rear out, in the front, you will probably need it

if you have camber issues, you will wear the tire unevenly, as will toe. caster will not effect tire wear, but will effect steering.

if you're changing out springs, you might as well get new shocks, as you have to take them out and apart to put the springs on anyway, and you're better off with a performance shock and a lowering spring
