Default lowering springs, coiloversprings?

OOOOOKKKKkkkkk i have a 98 civic ex annnd i want to lower my car. But i want to be able to adjust the height so i can raise my car during the winter. Now where can i get some good adjustable springs. Hook me up with suggestions for the best price and quality. Is ebay fine for buying lowering springs? Just hook this noob up with some suggestions. I dont know whats the diffrence between lowering sprins an coilover springs, AHAHAHH help.

Are the tien s-teck springs a good choice because i read the forums on them and everyone says there great. NOW if i do buy those, is there anything else i would need to buy to o with the tien s-teck springs

ok 1st off, tein stechs are great SPRINGS, meaning you cant adjust the height. im assuming you dont have a budget, so i suggest getting ground control coilovers, which are 270 shipped..but well worth it. omni power is another good company, they run about 150 shipped on ebay, and skunk2 as well..little more pricey. stay away from the cheap brand coilovers, bad quality, wont adjust well, and are bouncy as hell. as for shocks, get those to pair up with coilovers, kyb, tokico, koni are all great companies to look into. 17's wont matter because you'll be able to adjust it however you like.
