There's no such thing as good, cheap coilovers. The coilover sleeves that sell for dirt on ebay are just that, dirt. Unsafe and in the long run you will end up spending more money on repairs.
Be patient, save up more money and buy legit coilovers. Chance's are if you're hurting for money, you will probably have to settle for just lowering springs...The Tein S-Techs work well with OE struts.
