I'm almost certain I want to put 17's on my 6th gen civic. Since i'm cutting it kinda close with 205/40 tires, or at least I think I am. I am a little worried about bending a rim, I've narrowed my decision down to the following rims:

Drag DR-36 - 17" Rims
Euromax 941 - 17" Rims
Akita Racing AK-5

I like the Drags the most by far.. they look sharp. My civic is a black coupe with 5% tints all around. I think it'll look nice, maybe with chrome calipers so the black stands out more? What do you guys think? And what do you guys think of the quality, which is best? Do you have any experience with these brands? any advice/input is welcome! thanks!

 

Hmmm I always hate 17s on civic 6th gen.. BUT if I had to choose i would get the akita racing AK-5 even though I dont really like any of the choices provided. They would look nice in a 16" more "fitting"

 

The Akita's look better than the other two, but not really a fan of any of them. I know a million people riding on Drags and they are a quality brand.

 

6th gen i would get 16" at most. thats just my opinion. but the above 3 options i like the akita as well. i think addiction2bass had the drag dr-36 on his black civic and it looks sick. not sure if it was the exact rim but something very similar. maybe he can chime in and post some pics. btw... what civic and color are these rims going on?
