need some serious help

i just put lowering springs on my 05 civic,

but when you turn the wheel it pops and

it looks like the spring shifts,i took it back off and ajusted it

but it still pop can anyone help me?????

it sets it there a certain way it has grooves where the spring sets.

yeah i forgot to put the barring plate back on so i think thats my problem
