Default NEW Eiback Springs

I just installed a set of Eibach lowering springs on my 2005 honda civic lx sedan. The springs were supposed to lower the front 1" and the rear 1.1", however, the rear is at a perfect height but a lot lower the front. The front set of springs did go down a little bit but not as much as they were supposed to and now the front is higher then the rear. Can you tell me why this has oocured and how I can adjust the front more for that perfect fit? Is it because I still have the OE shocks and struts installed?

im confused, you mean 1.1" in front and 1" rear right? If you didn't get your right height you wanted you probably need to let it ride for a week and see if it sits in. OE shocks should be fine with your spring with that amount of drop but its better to get aftermarket adjustables(tociko illuminas) for a softer ride as well. Youre just going to wear your shocks quicker. Im getting my suspension done as well with skunk 2 coilover kit w/ tokico illuminas.

thanks for the info, the springs are a 1" in the front and 1.1" in the rear.im hoping they do settle in, i still have a light popping noise from the springs shifting when i turn her hard to the left or right and im told that will go away when they settle in. will a new set of adjustables bring the frontend down more if the springs dont lower when they set in?

you bought a spring so those have fixed drop rate of 1" and 1.1" you cant drop any lower than that.(unless you cut it). shocks doesnt help drop the car. If you wanted to play with the drop height buy a coilover kit with a good strut/shocks aftermarket. For now, just pray they will actually settle in to the right drop. If not then make sure they are real eibach and installed properly.
