noises while driving

1992 civic lx makes dull thumping noise while driving from 20 miles per hour , thump get more rapid as speed increases. any ideas where to start looking?

look for a lump on the tire. if you find one, get it to a tire shop and replace it as soon as humanly possible.

i got tha same kinda problem, cept mines more of a high pitch sound, and i dont really notice it till i hit about 70. im goin to check muh tires today to make sure i dont got any bumps.

Thanks for your input , found the problem . It was a bad driver front wheel bearing.
